Self-Pay Fees (Cost of Counseling Services)

Intake (first session) : $200.00

Counseling Sessions (all subsequent sessions) : $160.00

Fees are the same regardless of how many family members are present in the session

The Intake involves you, your child, and another parent/guardian.   It generally lasts close to 60 minutes. 

Ideally both parents/guardians are present.  If that won't work, bring noise-cancelling headphones so you child can play without hearing all the adult conversations

Counseling Sessions range from 40-60 minutes, depending on the presenting issues and what is determined to be clinically appropriate.

Insurance

We are in-network providers for the following Insurance Companies:

-BCBS
-Aetna
(Medicaid)
-Kancare Sunflower
-Kancare United Healthcare
-Kancare Healthy Blue

If your insurance is not listed, then we are Out-Of-Network (OON) for them.   We do not submit claims to OON insurance companies.   We can provide you with a SuperBill and you can attempt to get some reimbursement for the counseling services provided.  We do recommend that you contact your insurance company prior to services to fully understand what they may provide.

Important Information

It is important for you to know your own insurance benefits. 

Payment is due at the time of service.  This includes any payments towards your deductibles, copays, or coinsurance required by your insurance company.   If you are a self-pay client, the full fee is due at the time of service.   We accept HSA Cards, and all major Credit Cards.   We do not accept Checks or Cash.
